Return/Exchange/Shipping Policy


Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached. You can process your return by CLICKING HERE for a Return Authorization.

All returns must be received to our warehouse within 14 days after the RA is issued. Please choose your shipping method accordingly. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for packages returned to us using shipping methods that are not traceable. In case of dispute, we recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

All promotion or merchandise designated as FINAL SALE, END OF SUMMER SALE, END OF WINTER SALE or more than 50% off the original price is NOT returnable. No refund or exchange will be accepted.

We will ship orders to the address you indicate as long as it meets the address requirements at checkout. Upon delivery of your items to the carrier, you assume risk of loss as well as ownership of items purchased through the website, and you are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. If you refuse delivery of your order, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Please make sure you ship your package to a secure location. If a package has been marked by delivered, theft is outside of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for stolen package.
